Situated in the center of Silicon Valley, our studio was selected to design a two-floor residential structure on the footprint of a privately owned property. This outlined an interesting brief with challenging constraints, from which emerged a clean and contemporary building that offers two separate apartments, each with dedicated access, and multiple outdoor areas for increased connection to the Southern Californian climate.
